Freelance Project: Model & Talent Agency Growth Manager
About CITRINE MANAGEMENT
CITRINE MANAGEMENT is a growing Model & Talent Management Agency currently representing approximately 33 models and talents.
We have an established social media presence and a growing talent network, but we currently need an experienced professional who can help us turn the agency into a properly structured, client-facing and revenue-generating business.
At the moment, our biggest challenge is that we are not consistently receiving brand projects, casting requirements or commercial clients.
We are looking for an experienced freelancer or small team who can take responsibility for building a practical growth and client-acquisition system for the agency.
What We Need
We are NOT looking for someone who only posts content on Instagram.
We need someone who understands the model/talent management, fashion, advertising, casting and entertainment industry and can help us generate actual business.
Key Responsibilities
1. Agency Positioning
* Review our current agency and identify what is missing.
* Improve our positioning, services and presentation.
* Help us create a clear agency profile for brands, production houses and casting directors.
2. Talent Portfolio Management
* Review our existing 33 models.
* Identify which models need professional portfolios.
* Create a proper system for collecting photos, measurements, experience, introduction videos and other talent information.
* Help structure professional digital/PDF profiles for our talent.
3. Client Acquisition
* Identify potential brands, advertising agencies, production houses, casting directors, photographers, fashion brands, hotels, e-commerce companies and other relevant clients.
* Build targeted lead lists.
* Conduct professional outreach through email, Instagram, LinkedIn and other appropriate channels.
* Generate genuine project enquiries.
4. Brand & Casting Outreach
* Approach brands for campaigns and commercial shoots.
* Approach casting directors and production companies for model/actor requirements.
* Pitch our talent professionally.
* Follow up with potential clients and maintain a proper CRM/lead sheet.
5. Social Media Growth
* Review our current Instagram presence.
* Recommend improvements to content, branding and positioning.
* Create a content strategy that attracts brands, clients and talent.
* Help make the agency look professional and trustworthy rather than simply being a model showcase page.
6. Website & Agency Presentation
* Review our website/profile structure.
* Recommend what information should be displayed.
* Help organise talent profiles so clients can easily discover suitable models.
* Recommend improvements to our agency presentation/media kit.
7. Business Development
The ultimate goal is simple:
Bring CITRINE MANAGEMENT genuine paid projects.
We want a system where we consistently have:
* Brand enquiries
* Casting requirements
* Commercial shoots
* Fashion projects
* Advertising campaigns
* E-commerce shoots
* Music video opportunities
* Acting/casting opportunities
