I need a graphic designer who lives and breathes website design and can translate ideas into a clean, modern look that adjusts beautifully across desktop, tablet, and mobile screens. Responsive design is the single non-negotiable feature for this project, so every visual element you create—from the overall grid down to the tiniest icon—must scale flawlessly.

Here’s what I have in mind:

• High-fidelity page mock-ups delivered in layered source files (Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch—use whichever tool suits your workflow best).
