We are launching a premium Gen Z Unisex Streetwear brand. We are looking for an experienced graphic/apparel designer for our initial launch drop.
This is a strict pay-per-approved-design project under specific startup terms. We will only award the project to designers who accept the following workflow, deliverables, and payment structure:
1. Detailed Scope of Deliverables (A to Z Requirements):
• 15 Finalized Streetwear Graphics: A comprehensive collection including:
• Edgy streetwear/graffiti interpretations inspired by Superheroes (Spider-Man, Thor, and Iron Man).
• Unique graphic placements tailored for heavy-duty Tote Bags.
• A mix of vibrant typography, Y2K futurism, and distressed character illustrations matching our style benchmarks.
• Custom Clothing Tags & Brand Logo Design: I will provide you with specific logo and tag images. Please note that these are currently AI-generated examples. You will need to take these examples as a direct reference and create similar, professional, and factory-ready final Brand Logos and Clothing Hang-Tags/Labels for production.
• Factory-Ready Print Placement Tech Packs: On top of your flat mockups, you MUST add clear, precise production dimensions for the manufacturer:
• The exact width and height of the graphic artwork in inches/cm.
• The exact distance/placement of the print measured from the front collar seam and the back neckline seam so it sits perfectly centered.
• Production Optimization: All artwork lines and layer details must be strictly optimized for premium 3D Foam Puff Printing on 240+ GSM Heavyweight Cotton fabric, including exact Pantone Color Codes in the final files.
2. Project Payment Terms (Strict Condition - Read Before Bidding):
• Pay Per Approved Design Only: You can create as many rough concepts, samples, or initial options as you want—whether you show me 10, 20, 30, or 50 drafts. However, payment will ONLY be released for the exact designs that I personally select, like, and approve.
• Zero Payout for Unapproved Work: If a sample option or draft is not liked or approved by me, there will be absolutely no payment or compensation for that design. I am only buying the final approved assets.
• Rate: We will pay exactly ₹400 INR per approved design (which will cover the final approved artwork file, its mockup placement details, clothing tags, and logo design setup). All approved releases will be managed strictly via Freelancer Milestones.
3. Future Partnership & Expansion:
We are deliberately starting with t-shirts and tote bags to streamline our initial costing with our manufacturer in Ludhiana. Right after this drop is finalized, we will immediately expand the brand into Cargo Jeans, Premium Shirts, and Jackets. The designer who successfully delivers this initial batch and accommodates our selection process will be directly retained for all our upcoming bulk apparel lines.
