Graphic Designer / Brand Designer Needed for Two Related Businesses

We’re looking for an experienced graphic/brand designer to help refine and build out the visual identity and collateral for two related businesses.

Both businesses already have an established direction, so we’re not looking for a complete rebrand from scratch. The focus is on polishing the existing identities, creating consistency across our materials, and developing a professional suite of reusable brand assets and templates.

Scope of work

We’d like support across both brands with:

* Refinement/polishing of existing logos and development of appropriate logo variations
* Business card design
* Capability statement design and layout
* Flyers, brochures and other marketing collateral
* Email signature blocks
* LinkedIn assets, including company banners and potentially post templates
* Branded headers and footers for Word/PowerPoint and other document templates
* General brand guidelines covering fonts, colours, logo use and visual style
* Potential assistance refining the design and visual presentation of our websites
* Creation of editable/reusable templates so we can maintain materials internally going forward

What we’re looking for

Ideally, we’d like to work with someone who:

* Has experience with professional services, consulting, innovation or B2B brands
* Can work with an existing brand and elevate it rather than unnecessarily reinventing it
* Has strong typography, layout and document design skills
* Can create a consistent visual system across digital, print and corporate documents
* Is comfortable providing editable source files/templates
* Can provide advice and challenge our thinking where there are opportunities to improve the brands

We’re happy for this to be approached as an initial package of priority work, with the potential for ongoing design support as both businesses develop.
