Our resident-owned, not-for-profit manufactured home community is preparing a major infrastructure project: a full replacement of every driveway and sidewalk on the property. Because many of our residents are seniors, durability and safety are non-negotiable, and we also want the new surfaces to incorporate enhanced drainage systems and eco-friendly materials.
