Granite Lead-Gen CRM Setup

I run a granite & stone supply business in Pune and want a single system that finds, captures and organises every potential customer inside my city limits. Here is what I need you to build and deliver:

• Data engine – scrape industry-specific sources (architects, builders, interior designers, fabricators, retail showrooms, etc. that deal with granite or natural stone) and enrich each record with an AI contact-finder so every line has a working phone, email and business address.
• CRM backbone – set up or customise a platform where I can manage those contacts and move them through a clearly defined sales pipeline. Contact management and pipeline tracking are the two must-have functions; anything else is a bonus as long as the interface stays lightweight and sales-team friendly.
• Territory logic – restrict the lead pool and the sales dashboards to local areas in Pune only. I should be able to tag, filter and assign leads by neighbourhood, taluka or pin code so reps can work zones without overlap.

Acceptance will be based on:
1. A CSV export showing at least 95 % valid contact data for each scraped company.
2. A working CRM instance with custom fields, stages and views reflecting my granite-sales process.
3. Territory filters tested live inside the system.
