Project Title: Build a School Graduation Photography Booking Platform for H Studio
Project Description:
I’m looking for an experienced web developer to design and build a booking platform for school graduation photography. The platform should make reservations clear and easy to manage for our staff, photographers, students, and families.
We already have a desktop HTML prototype that demonstrates approximately 99% of the intended workflows and visual structure. All data in the prototype is simulated, and no database is connected. You will use this HTML as the starting point for the final platform’s design and functionality.
Core Features
- Responsive website that works smoothly on desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- Administrative dashboard for managing bookings and users.
- Role-based access with different permissions for administrators and photographers.
- Booking history with filters by date, classroom, or activity.
- Databases and backend functionality for all forms and workflows.
- Automated notifications and messages through WhatsApp Business and email.
- Integration of externally hosted photography galleries, each with a unique link and password for the student or family.
- Local photo storage for a portfolio showcasing additional services, such as First Communion photography and events.
- A structure that supports basic payment gateway integration in the future, if required.
What We Will Provide
- The desktop HTML prototype, including simulated data and detailed workflow examples.
- An Excel database of public and private schools.
- A dedicated WhatsApp Business number for H Studio.
- A domain registered with GoDaddy.
- An external photography gallery provider that generates unique gallery links and passwords.
- Legal text for the privacy policy and related pages.
What You Will Deliver
- A fully functional platform based on the supplied HTML prototype.
- A clean, modern design aligned with H Studio’s visual identity, with tasteful animations and intuitive navigation.
- The databases, forms, user permissions, and booking workflows needed to operate the system.
- Automated messaging configured through the appropriate WhatsApp Business and email integrations.
- Secure handling of authentication, access tokens, personal data, and private gallery details.
- Improved operational logic and polished interface text where needed.
- End-to-end testing and validation of all agreed functionality.
- Deployment on the agreed hosting environment and connection to our domain.
Some features still need to be defined or developed in more detail. We expect the selected developer to review the prototype, identify gaps, and help clarify these before implementation.
