Our secondary-level students (ages 13-18) need direct psychological support that fits the daily rhythm of Grace Education. I am seeking a licensed youth psychologist who feels comfortable working exclusively with teenagers, understands the school environment, and can translate evidence-based approaches—CBT, solution-focused techniques, mindfulness—into practical help our adolescents can use right away.
The immediate objective is to begin regular sessions (individual and small-group) and, once rapport is built, propose any additional interventions you feel would improve emotional wellbeing, academic engagement, and overall resilience. Online delivery is welcome if you already run a secure tele-health setup, but you are equally free to suggest a hybrid or on-site model should you be local.
Key deliverables
• Weekly counselling slots for referred students, documented with concise progress notes
• A simple triage protocol so teachers know when to refer a teen to you
• End-of-term summary highlighting themes, improvements, and recommended next steps
Acceptance criteria
• All sessions comply with local safeguarding and confidentiality standards
• Reports are clear, jargon-free, and suitable for both parents and staff
• Interventions demonstrate a measurable reduction in distress or an increase in coping skills over a full term
If you have a strong track record with adolescents and can start within the next month, I would like to review your approach and proposed timeline.
