Government Proposal Specialist Needed

I run a woman-owned small business focused on facilities support, property maintenance, and building services. I want an experienced Government Contract Proposal Specialist who can keep a steady flow of winnable work coming in—particularly state-level opportunities.

Your day-to-day will revolve around:

• Actively searching SAM.gov and Maryland eMMA for solicitations that fit our capabilities
• Screening each notice, flagging viable RFPs, RFQs, and IFBs, and advising whether to proceed
• Building fully compliant proposal packages—pricing tables, forms, narratives, past-performance appendices, and all required certifications
• Tracking every due date so nothing slips and maintaining a living pipeline report I can review at any time
• Helping shape competitive pricing strategies and sharpening our value story for evaluators
• Surfacing new federal or local prospects when they make strategic sense for growth
