I need an end-to-end application whose core job is secure data collection and reporting for internal government use. All screens, workflows, and dashboards are intended for our employees, not the general public, so the interface must prioritize speed, clarity, and strong role-based access control.

The app must accept three distinct streams of information—personal, operational, and statistical—and store them in an encrypted database. From there, authorised staff should be able to filter, visualise, and export reports (PDF and CSV) with just a few clicks. I’m open to modern web stacks; feel free to propose React, Angular, or similar for the front end and any robust REST or GraphQL back end paired with a SQL/NoSQL store, as long as you can demonstrate solid security practices and audit logging.

Deliverables
• UX wireframes followed by a responsive web UI
• Secure API and database schema with encryption at rest and in transit
• Role-based authentication (SSO or OAuth2 preferred)
• Real-time and scheduled reporting modules (PDF & CSV)
• Deployment scripts/docs for our on-prem server or a FedRAMP-equivalent cloud
• A short hand-over session and technical documentation

Acceptance criteria will include successful penetration test results, 100% unit test coverage on critical services, and a demo with dummy personal, operational, and statistical datasets showing collection through to final report generation.
