Google Workspace-to-M365 Migration

I’m ready to move an entire organisation off Google Workspace and onto Microsoft 365. The migration will be phased, starting with 60 users (59 Business Premium and 1 E5), followed by user adoption and stabilization before proceeding to the next phase of 25 Standard users. Pricing flexibility is required to accommodate this phased approach.

Scope of work:
• User and group management – build the new tenancy, create and map users, groups and roles, configure MFA, and handle licence allocation.
• SharePoint and OneDrive migration – transfer all Drive content into the correct SharePoint sites and personal OneDrives while maintaining permissions and version history.
• Email, calendar and contact migration – full Gmail, Calendar and Contacts move to Exchange Online.
• Endpoint security & application deployment – set up Intune policies, conditional access, device compliance and roll out required desktop and mobile apps.

Key points:
• Strong experience required in security, Identity Access Management (IAM), tenancy setup, privilege access, cloud systems, Intune, SharePoint, OneDrive, Endpoint Manager, and security hardening.
• Zero-loss migration for emails, documents and calendars.
• Tenancy purchase will be handled directly by us with guidance from the freelancer to ensure alignment.

Deliverables will be accepted when every department is live on M365, users can access mail, files and calendars without issue, and endpoint/security policies are fully enforced.
