Google Sheets Cleanup & Automation

I have a Google Sheets file that needs a full tune-up. First, the raw data must be brought into shape—duplicates removed, validation rules applied, and formats made consistent across every column. Once the data is reliable, I want the manual steps I currently perform turned into a streamlined workflow. That means building advanced formulas and connecting the sheet to Google Forms so new submissions flow in automatically and the metrics update without any intervention.

When the automation is in place, I need an at-a-glance dashboard that pulls from the cleaned data and highlights the KPIs I’ll specify (you can suggest best practices here). The final solution should be intuitive for non-technical users and easy for me to maintain.
