Google Review Removal Assistance

A customer has posted a Google review that contains inaccurate statements about one of my service. The comments misrepresent key features, even after I reached out privately to clarify, the reviewer hasn’t replied. Because these claims are now deterring potential buyers, I need someone who knows the ins-and-outs of Google’s policy on “false information” and can guide or, if possible, fully handle the formal dispute process inside Google Business Profile to remove review.

Your role is to:
• Assess the review against Google’s stated policy on misrepresentation.
• Prepare clear evidence that the customer’s product details are wrong.
• File and follow-up on the flag/removal request, escalating through support channels if required.
• Keep me updated on each step so I can supply additional proof quickly.

Acceptance is straightforward: the review disappears from the public listing or is officially marked as removed by Google. If you have previous wins removing false claims or spam from Google, please highlight them when you respond.
