Google My Business Optimization

I want to lift my local search rankings by giving my Google My Business listing a proper overhaul. The two areas that need the biggest attention are the written business description and the way reviews are requested, managed, and responded to.

Here is what I expect:

• Rewrite the business description so it is keyword-focused yet natural, highlights our unique selling points, and complies with Google’s character limits and guidelines.
• Create a simple, repeatable strategy for generating more genuine customer reviews, including email/SMS request templates, timing recommendations, and best-practice reply samples for both positive and negative feedback.
• Apply the updates directly inside the GMB dashboard (I will grant access) and double-check that all core info—NAP, categories, hours—remains accurate.
• Provide before-and-after screenshots plus a short hand-off document summarizing the changes and next-step recommendations so I can maintain momentum.
