Google & Meta Ads Manager

I run a health and performance coaching business in Byron Bay, Australia (Rebalancing Health). I'm looking for an experienced Google Ads and/or Meta (Facebook/Instagram) specialist to set up and manage paid advertising, plus a simple sales funnel, to generate new local coaching clients.
What I need:
• Set up and ongoing monthly management of Google Ads (Meta optional)
• Conversion tracking and a simple landing page / funnel to capture and book leads
• Ad accounts set up under my own Google/Meta accounts — I keep full ownership
• Monthly optimisation and reporting
Ideal fit:
• Proven results for coaching, health, fitness or local service businesses (please share examples with real numbers — cost per lead or cost per booked call)
• Google and/or Meta certified
• Clear communicator, comfortable with the Australian (AEST) time difference
