Google Maps Review Removal Specialist Needed – 4 Reviews

Hello!

We are looking for an experienced specialist to help us challenge four unfair or potentially policy-violating reviews on our Google Maps business profile. Our business is registered in Russia.

Details of the reviews:

3 empty 1-star reviews with no written comments.

1 negative review containing written text.

Two of the empty 1-star reviews appeared approximately 37 weeks ago, around the same time as the written negative review. They were posted by different accounts, and neither account appears to have any other reviews. The third empty 1-star review appeared recently.

We suspect that some of these reviews may be connected, but we need a specialist to assess the situation and identify any actual Google policy violations.

Requirements:

Experience with Google Maps reviews and Google Business Profile support.

Ability to assess reviews against Google's policies and submit well-supported appeals through official Google channels.

Experience working with businesses registered in Russia.
