Google Forms Entry Support

I have a set of records that must be transferred into Google Forms quickly and without errors. All source data will be organised for you in a shared document; you simply copy-paste or type the fields into the corresponding form questions and submit. No other platforms or software are involved beyond Google Forms in a standard web browser.

Accuracy is more important to me than speed, but I do expect steady daily progress. Whenever a form will not accept an entry or a field seems unclear, message me right away so we do not lose time on corrections later.

Deliverables
• Every assigned Google Form fully completed and submitted
• A brief note in the shared document confirming each form’s completion
