Established Android Publishing Company Needed – LokaalQ

We are looking for an established, legally registered mobile app development and publishing company with its own active Google Play organization developer account.

LokaalQ is a registered Dutch business with an existing Android application.

Our original Google Play developer account was terminated under DDA Section 11.4 and Play Console Requirements, and our appeal was rejected.

We are seeking a legitimate, transparent, Google-compliant publishing arrangement.

Required services:

1. Assess whether your company can lawfully act as an independent publisher for LokaalQ given the previous account termination.
2. Determine whether explicit Google approval is required and help obtain written confirmation before publication.
3. Conduct a complete technical and Google Play policy compliance audit.
4. Correct any identified technical or compliance issues.
5. Prepare the Android application for publication.
6. Handle legitimate publishing, reviews, and future updates if Google permits the arrangement.

Requirements:

- Legally registered company.
- Established Google Play organization account.
- Verifiable published applications.
- Demonstrated Google Play policy expertise.
- Willingness to sign an intellectual property and publishing agreement.
- No account renting, undisclosed account relationships, or circumvention methods.

LokaalQ must retain ownership of its intellectual property, source code, brand, backend, and customer data.
