I need an experienced Google Business Profile specialist to help reinstate a disabled profile that is now stuck in a verification loop.
Business: a licensed financial planning practice in Sydney, Australia. It’s a service-area business with the address hidden, and it meets clients in person in the Sydney CBD and Lower North Shore.
History:
2025: I attempted video verification. The profile was then disabled on 30 Dec 2025 as “Business not eligible”. The old listing wrongly described the business as online-only with an Australia-wide service area.
October 2026: I corrected the profile: local service area, a description reflecting in-person meetings, and fixed hours.
17 Oct 2026: I submitted an appeal with ASIC company registration, an ASIC company statement, the AFSL certificate and a business insurance invoice.
19 Oct 2026: The appeal was not approved. The email says I “may still be able to verify by video”, but Get verified shows “No more ways to verify – all verification methods have been attempted”.
The support form loops back to itself, the appeals tool shows “review complete”, Google Ads support can’t help, and a Community thread has had no escalation.
What I need: an escalation path to Google (e.g. a Gold/Diamond Product Expert contact) that results in live video verification or a manual review being enabled. I’ll do the verification myself.
Requirements:
A proven track record reinstating suspended or ineligible service-area businesses, with examples
No access to my Google account, passwords or profile ownership/manager rights
Payment by milestone, released only when the profile is reinstated or verification is re-enabled
