I run an English-language SaaS comparison media and newsletter business targeting users in the United States.

The goal of this project is to acquire new email newsletter subscribers through paid advertising.

The signup flow is:

Ad → Landing Page → Email Signup → Confirmation Email → Newsletter Subscription

I currently have three different landing page variations ready for testing. I am looking for someone who can use these landing pages effectively and manage paid traffic through Google Ads, X Ads, or both.

Current Situation:

- Current tested CPA: approximately $4.30 per confirmed subscriber, based on a small initial test
- Three new landing page variations are ready for testing
- Target market: United States
- Language: English
- Newsletter signup requires email only
- Monthly ad budget: approximately $63
- Management fee budget: around $20 USD

Main Goals:

- Target CPA range I would like to work toward: approximately $0.95–$1.90 per confirmed subscriber
- Target monthly subscriber acquisition: approximately 33–66 subscribers
- Because the monthly ad budget is small, you may choose to focus on only Google Ads or only X Ads if you believe concentrating the budget will produce better results
- If you believe testing both platforms is worthwhile, please explain how you would avoid spreading the budget too thin
- You may decide how to allocate the approximately $63 monthly ad budget based on performance

Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize Google Ads and/or X Ads
- Decide how to use the three landing page variations
- Create or improve ad copy
- Manage targeting, keywords, negative keywords, bidding, and budget allocation
- Test different ads and landing pages when necessary
- Suggest landing page improvements if you find conversion issues
- Minor landing page changes can be handled on my side
- You may decide how frequently to check or optimize the campaigns
- No daily reporting is required

Weekly Reporting:

Every Saturday, please update a shared Google Spreadsheet with:

- Ad spend
- Impressions
- Clicks
- CTR
- CPC
- Performance by platform
- Changes made during the week
- Short note about what you plan to adjust next

I will enter the confirmed number of newsletter signups on my side. The spreadsheet will calculate CPA based on the confirmed signup count.

Preferred Experience:

Experience with any of the following is preferred:

- Google Ads
- X Ads
- Lead generation
- Newsletter subscriber acquisition
- SaaS advertising
- Low-budget campaign optimization

If possible, please include examples of previous campaigns where you achieved low-cost lead acquisition.

If you have achieved CPA results close to $0.95–$1.90, please tell me:

- Which advertising platform you used
- What type of product or service you promoted
- Approximate ad budget
- Approximate campaign period
- Approximate CPA achieved

Important:

The approximately $63 monthly ad budget is separate from your management fee.

The advertising accounts will remain under my ownership. You will receive only the necessary account access required for campaign management.

This will initially be a one-month test project. If the results are good, I may continue the work on an ongoing monthly basis.

Budget:

Around $20 USD for the initial one-month management period.

To Apply, Please Answer These Questions:

1. With a monthly ad budget of only approximately $63, how would you decide whether to use Google Ads, X Ads, or both?
2. My current CPA is approximately $4.30 based on a small initial test. What would you investigate first before trying to reduce it toward approximately $0.95–$1.90?
3. I have three different landing pages. How would you test them with such a small ad budget without spreading the traffic too thin?
4. If a campaign gets many clicks but very few confirmed newsletter signups, what would you check first?
5. If Google Ads has a higher CPC than X Ads but produces better signup conversion, how would you decide where to allocate more budget?
6. What metrics would you use to decide whether an ad, keyword, audience, or landing page should be stopped, continued, or tested longer?
7. Please briefly describe one campaign you personally managed where you improved CPA or lead quality. What did you change, and what happened afterward?

Please answer all seven questions in your proposal. Applications that do not answer these questions may not be considered.

Thank you.
