I need someone who can build a Search campaign properly for a small seasonal tourism operator in Europe. Full details, account access and creative direction come after I select you.
The shape of it: the conversion is a message or a phone call, not an online purchase. There is no e-commerce funnel and no long consideration cycle — people search, decide within minutes, and contact the business directly. The build has to reflect that.
Small budget, short season. I'm not looking to scale. I'm looking for tight waste control, disciplined match types, a serious negative keyword list, and correct location settings.
Do not propose Performance Max, Smart campaigns, Display or Demand Gen. Standard Search, Expert mode. If your proposal suggests otherwise I'll assume you didn't read this.
In your proposal, answer these three:
When a business has no website and wants ads pointing straight at a messaging link, what breaks? Tell me what you'd actually do about it.
A campaign targets a specific coastal town. What exactly do you set so the budget doesn't go to people daydreaming about the place from another country — and why is the default setting wrong?
Zero conversion history, very small budget. Which bidding strategy and why not the other ones?
Plus: two examples of small-budget local or tourism lead-gen campaigns you've run, with rough spend and what came out of it.
Skip the template proposals. I'll read the answers to the three questions first and everything else second.
