Google Ads Conversion Tracking Specialist: Audit & Fix for a Small Law Firm (LawLytics + GTM + Calendly)**

**About us**
We're a small business law firm in New Orleans running Google Ads Search campaigns for several practice areas. Our conversion tracking broke during a cleanup, and our campaigns now report almost no conversions even though we're getting real leads. We need an expert to audit the whole setup, fix it, and document it so it stays fixed.

**Our setup**
- Website on **LawLytics** (a hosted legal CMS, with limited direct code access; their support team makes page-level changes)
- **Google Tag Manager** and the **Google tag** (gtag.js) both on the site
- **Calendly** for paid consult bookings, which redirect to confirmation pages on our site
- A website contact form that submits via AJAX and redirects to a thank-you page
- **GA4**, including a duplicate property that needs cleanup, and an old Universal Analytics tag still firing
- Google Ads call tracking (forwarding numbers, click-to-call)
- About 3 active Search campaigns on Maximize Conversions bidding

**What we need done**
1. **Audit:** review every conversion action, goal, GTM tag and trigger, and on-site snippet. Tell us what's working, what's broken, and what's duplicated or misleading.
2. **Booking tracking:** confirm conversions fire correctly on our Calendly confirmation pages, one per consult type. Snippets are being installed now, and we need them verified end to end.
3. **Contact form tracking:** verify the form-to-thank-you-page conversion works, with gclid attribution kept intact.
4. **Call tracking:** review call conversion settings, including the account-level call conversion action (currently "not set"), minimum call length, and forwarding number display.
5. **Goals cleanup:** set the right primary and secondary actions and account-default goals, so bidding only optimizes toward real leads. Remove weak signals like Business Profile engagements from primary.
6. **Tag hygiene:** remove the dead UA tag, consolidate GA4, and make sure GTM and hard-coded tags don't double-fire.
7. **Enhanced conversions:** already on through the Google tag. Confirm it's actually capturing data.
8. **Documentation:** a short written map of every conversion action, where it fires, and how to test it, plus a recorded walkthrough (Loom is fine).
9. *(Optional, quote separately)*: advice on offline conversion import from our CRM (Clio Grow), or on passing gclid/UTMs through Calendly.

**Requirements**
- Proven experience with Google Ads conversion tracking, GTM and GA4. Please share examples.
- Experience with Calendly redirect tracking and AJAX form tracking
- Comfortable working through a CMS vendor's support team when you can't edit code directly
- Law firm or professional services experience is a plus
- Clear, plain-English communication. I'm the business owner, not a developer.
- **You won't change budgets, bids or campaign structure.** This job is tracking only.

**Access**
We'll give you Google Ads and GTM access at the lowest permission level that works, and remove it when the project ends. You'll need to sign a short confidentiality agreement.

**Timeline & budget**
- We'd like to start within a week and finish within 2 to 3 weeks.
- Fixed price preferred. Please quote the audit and fixes separately.

**To apply, please answer:**
1. How would you verify that a Calendly booking conversion is attributed to the right ad click, not just "detected"?
2. Our contact form submits via AJAX. What's your preferred way to track it, and why?
3. Briefly describe a conversion tracking mess you've cleaned up and what you found.
4. Your fixed-price quote and estimated timeline.
