I want to turn the idea of “100 million projects” into a reality by building a cloud-ready platform that can comfortably host and track an enormous number of concurrent projects without performance drops. Right now, all I have is the vision; I need your expertise to shape it into an actionable design and an initial working prototype.

What I need from you
• A concise, well-reasoned architecture document that explains how the system will grow smoothly from day one to tens of millions of projects—covering data sharding, microservices, caching, load balancing, monitoring, and disaster recovery.
• A clear recommendation of the technologies and services (for example AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka—choose what fits and justify it).
• A phased implementation roadmap with realistic timelines, key milestones, and cost estimates.
• A small proof-of-concept deployed to the cloud that lets me create, update, search, and report on thousands of projects per second, complete with automated tests, basic dashboards, and documentation in a private Git repository.

Acceptance criteria
• The architecture document shows a path to scaling beyond 100 million projects and highlights potential bottlenecks.
• The proof-of-concept sustains at least 10 000 requests per second with an average response time under 200 ms in a public cloud environment.
• All code is clean, well-commented, and accompanied by simple setup instructions so I can spin it up myself.

If you have hands-on experience with high-traffic platforms, event-driven or domain-driven design, and rock-solid CI/CD pipelines, that will make this collaboration even smoother. Let’s build something massive, stable, and future-proof together.
