Golf Tournament Registration Staff

I need two reliable people on-site in Lake Charles, LA to keep the check-in area of an upcoming golf tournament running smoothly. Your main focus will be managing player registrations—welcoming participants, confirming tee times, handing out scorecards and swag—and then helping me set up and break down the registration tables, signage, and basic equipment before and after the rush.

Because you’ll be the first faces our golfers meet, solid customer-service experience is essential. If you’ve ever handled event check-ins or ticketing kiosks, that background will translate perfectly here. A basic comfort with point-of-sale or online registration software will help, but the system is straightforward and I’ll provide a quick walk-through on site.

Schedule details and exact call times will be shared once we lock in, but plan on an early start, a busy morning, and light teardown after the field heads out. The role is fully in person; please confirm you can be in Lake Charles the entire day of the tournament and can lift/carry light event gear (tables, banners, a few boxes).

Deliverables
• Arrive on time, dressed neatly, ready to greet players
• Run registration desk efficiently from opening through final check-in
• Assist with set-up and post-event teardown of tables, signage, and supplies
