Golf Gear Lab – Social Media Initial Setup

Project

Golf Gear Lab is an independent UK golf technology buying and comparison website:

www.golfgearlab.co.uk

We would like a freelancer to professionally establish our initial social media presence.

This is a small initial setup project, not an ongoing social-media-management contract.

Accounts to Set Up

Please professionally create/configure:

* Facebook
* Instagram
* YouTube
* TikTok

Where possible, we would like the same or very similar Golf Gear Lab username/handle across all four platforms.

Branding & Consistency

All accounts should have a consistent professional appearance based on the existing Golf Gear Lab website.

We will provide the existing Golf Gear Lab logo and website.

Please:

* Use the Golf Gear Lab logo consistently
* Create correctly sized profile images
* Create simple professional cover/banner images where required
* Use consistent account descriptions/biographies
* Use consistent website links
* Use consistent usernames/handles wherever possible
* Match the look and positioning of www.golfgearlab.co.uk

We are not looking for a new brand or logo design.

Account Optimisation

Each account should be fully completed rather than simply created.

This should include:

* Appropriate business/category settings
* Profile description/biography
* Website link to GolfGearLab.co.uk
* Contact details where appropriate
* Relevant account settings
* Connection between Facebook and Instagram/Meta where appropriate
* Basic YouTube channel configuration
* Appropriate security/recovery settings

Initial Content

As part of the project, we would like one strong piece of Golf Gear Lab content prepared and used to launch the accounts.

The freelancer can adapt the content appropriately for each platform rather than posting exactly the same format everywhere.

For example:

* Facebook post
* Instagram post/carousel
* YouTube Short or introductory content
* TikTok short-form version where appropriate

The content should link or direct users to a relevant article/buying guide on GolfGearLab.co.uk.

Existing website content and imagery can be used as the basis for the post.

We would prefer the initial content to relate to golf simulators/home golf simulator buying, as this is an important area of the website.

Account Ownership

This is important.

All accounts must be created so that Golf Gear Lab retains full ownership and control.

The freelancer should be given appropriate access to undertake the work but should not retain ownership of any account.

At completion we require:

* Full owner/administrator access
* Recovery details under our control
* Confirmation of all accounts and connections
* Copies of any graphics/templates created

What We Do Not Require

At this stage we do not require:

* Ongoing social media management
* Daily posting
* Paid advertising
* Large numbers of posts
* Follower acquisition campaigns
* Purchased followers or engagement
* Influencer campaigns

This project is about establishing a professional foundation which can be developed later.

Deliverables

At completion we expect:

1. Facebook Page fully set up
2. Instagram professional account fully set up
3. YouTube channel fully set up
4. TikTok account fully set up
5. Consistent Golf Gear Lab branding across all accounts
6. Appropriate profile images and banners
7. Website links and descriptions configured
8. Facebook and Instagram correctly connected where appropriate
9. One initial piece of content adapted and published appropriately across the platforms
10. Full account ownership/access handed over to Golf Gear Lab

Quotation

Please provide a fixed price for the complete project.

* Completion time
* Exactly what is included
* Examples of similar social media accounts you have previously set up
* Whether graphics/banner creation is included
* Whether creation/editing of the initial short-form video is included

We are looking for a freelancer who can create a clean, professional and consistent presence across the platforms rather than someone offering large numbers of followers or posts.
