Golden Crisp Gravure Wrapper Artwork Rebuild

I need the Pascall Golden Crisp 35 g chocolate-bar wrapper rebuilt from my approved low-res reference into a fully print-ready gravure file. This is not a redesign: every element must retain the exact look of the supplied golden_crisp_v10.png, just rendered at proper resolution and laid out on the printer’s 35 g works map (freelancer_template.pdf).
Colour & separations
The printer’s guideline sheet explains size, colour order, substrate and file format, but it does not list specific spot inks. Please match the colours in the reference as closely as possible and build clean, labelled separations ready for gravure.
Artwork to rebuild
All text, logos, patterns and graphics must be recreated as editable vector artwork so future revisions are simple. The darker, hard-edged chocolate-bar photo may remain a high-resolution image layer (I’ll supply the best version I have).
Supplied brand assets
I can provide some of the original files—specifically the main Pascall logo, the barcode and portions of the legal copy—yet a few secondary items will still need to be redrawn from the reference.
Deliverables (single ZIP):
• Print-ready layered file (Adobe Illustrator or equivalent) built on the template, with each colour on its own separation layer
• Linked high-res chocolate-bar image
• Press-ready composite PDF for approval
• Outline/embedded-font safety copy
The job is complete when the printer can drop the file straight onto their cylinder engraver without modification and the composite proof is visually identical to the approved design.
