I’m creating a Colonial-era Australian music video set in the Hawkesbury and need a small but experienced team for one golden-hour afternoon. The visual brief blends romantic, dreamy storytelling with warm, sun-kissed tones, capturing both intimate close-ups of our lone female rider and sweeping scenic drone passes over the river flats and gum trees.
You’ll take the lead behind the lens, so a stabilised gimbal-ready camera and a reliable drone are essential. A lighting assistant who can handle a large bounce or scrim is equally important to keep those golden hues consistent as the sun drops. No on-site sound recording is required; we’ll be shooting to playback only. Assistants provided to help hold equipment on the day.
Deliverables
• Raw 4K footage from camera and drone, colour-profile matched for post
• Dual on-set backups of all media before wrap
Acceptance criteria
• Jitter-free gimbal moves and smooth drone tracking shots
• Even, warm exposure across every take
• All footage transferred and verified on two drives before leaving set
When you reply, please link to previous outdoor narrative or music-video work that shows both gimbal and drone capability, list the exact gear you’ll bring, and confirm you’re free for a late-afternoon call time in the Hawkesbury on a weather-flexible date. Let’s capture something timeless in that perfect sunset light.
