What this is

We are a real estate land acquisition company buying land directly from owners in five US states.

The planning is already done. We have three complete written build books: a 25-page funnel spec book, a design system book with fonts, colors, spacing and CSS/JS snippets, and a form construction guide. We also have a finished HTML code library with seven copy-paste snippets.

We do not need strategy. We do not need copy. We do not need design. We need someone to build what is already written, inside our GoHighLevel account.

Important — read this before bidding

This project requires GoHighLevel (also called HighLevel or GHL). It is a CRM and funnel platform.

This is NOT the Go programming language (Golang). If your profile is Golang, backend, or general web development with no GHL history, this is not your project. Please do not bid.

Desktop and mobile responsive
Built to a provided design system — all visual decisions are already made
Native GHL forms only, no third-party form tools

1 master form

Reused across all pages
Includes a state dropdown and a county dropdown with state-code prefixes (example: TX — El Paso)
Maps to 14 custom fields that already exist on the Contact object
Do not create new custom fields. Name, phone and email use GHL's built-in fields. Creating duplicates is a contract breach.

5 automation workflows

Lead intake, qualification routing, nurture, and a state-branching referral workflow
All branching runs on submitted form data — never on visitor IP or browser detection
Pipeline stage moves, tags, and internal notifications per spec

2 pipelines

Configured with our stages. They stay separate. Do not merge them.

Tracking and code

Google Tag Manager container installed on all pages
Thank-you page URLs configured so conversion events can fire later
Install our seven provided HTML/CSS/JS snippets into the correct page sections
Light custom CSS/JS where the design system calls for it
Non-negotiable rules
Legal disclosure blocks are copy-locked. Some pages carry a required disclosure paragraph. Paste it exactly as given. Do not reword it, shrink it, gray it out, move it to the footer, or collapse it behind an accordion. It must be plainly visible.
No new custom fields without written approval first.
No subcontracting. Whoever we hire does the work. If you are an agency, say so in your bid and name the actual builder.
All communication and payment stays on Freelancer.com. Anyone asking to move to WhatsApp, Telegram or email before contract award is rejected immediately.
We provide a limited GHL user login. We do not share agency-owner credentials. Do not ask.

Reads a written spec and builds from it without hand-holding

Nice to have: real estate or land lead generation experience, Spanish-language pages, Google Tag Manager, Twilio and Mailgun setup in GHL.

Budget, milestones and timeline

Fixed price for the complete build. One number, one scope. Do not bid an hourly rate. Do not bid a placeholder and plan to raise it in chat — that ends the conversation.

Payment runs through Freelancer Milestone Payments. We fund each milestone before you start it, so your work is protected. We do not release a milestone before it is delivered and tested.

Timeline: 3 to 5 weeks. Give us your real timeline, not the one you think wins the bid.
