Expert GoHighLevel Automation VA Needed (7-Day Build, Fixed Price)

We're a growth systems agency building a full automation setup in GoHighLevel for a client: a membership platform with three paid tiers, a TV show program and live events.

We need an experienced automation expert to build the workflows with us. We handle strategy, copy and the client. You handle the build.

What you'll build:

New member workflows for 3 tiers: team alert, tasks with owners, tags, added to the pipeline
Onboarding email sequences for each tier (we give you the copy)
Profile completion reminders at day 3, 7, 14 and 30, with a task for the team if still not done
A benefit delivery calendar: each member benefit set up as a dated task with an owner across the year
TV show onboarding: intake form, auto email, call booking, production stages in a pipeline
Inquiry routing: forms and chat tagged, auto reply, assigned to a person, follow-up if they go quiet
Renewal reminders at 60, 30 and 7 days before expiry, plus a win-back sequence
Review and testimonial request automations
One clean pipeline and simple views showing what's overdue
Tag cleanup and one unified inquiry form

Skills required:

GoHighLevel: workflows, pipelines, forms, calendars, tags, custom fields
n8n and webhooks (connecting an outside platform to GHL)
ClickUp and Slack
Funnel design and automation

Details:

Fixed price: ₹15,000 for the full project
Timeline: 7 days
Clear updates without being chased, and everything tested before handover

This is our first project together. If it goes well, there's ongoing long-term work across our client projects on different platforms.
