GoHighLevel API Data Integration

I run an existing GoHighLevel workspace and need it to talk seamlessly with Pylon the moment a contract is signed. As soon as the signature event fires on Pylon, I want the platform to push three payloads—contract details, client information, and payment data—straight into the correct custom fields inside GoHighLevel into an opportunity

Here’s the flow I have in mind:
• Pylon webhook (or other recommended endpoint) captures the signature event.
• Your middleware or direct API call formats the response as JSON, maps the data to my GoHighLevel fields, then creates/updates the contact or opportunity record.
• A quick success/failure callback or log confirms that every record made it across.

Deliverables
• Working API connection between Pylon and GoHighLevel, fully documented.
• Field-mapping guide so I can adjust names later if needed.
• A short Loom or written walk-through that shows the contract-signed trigger in action.
• One live test proving that contract details, client info, and payment data populate correctly.

Acceptance criteria
1. No manual intervention required once the contract is signed.
2. All three data sets land in the specified GoHighLevel fields.
3. Error handling returns a clear message in case Pylon or GoHighLevel is unreachable.

I already have admin access to GoHighLevel and Pylon API credentials ready; just point me to any extra keys you’ll need. If you’ve wired up GoHighLevel webhooks or REST calls before, this should be straightforward. Let’s get the integration live and save me a ton of copy-paste time.
