GoHighLevel + AI Automation Specialist Required

We are looking for an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) automation specialist to build an AI-powered automation system for our marketing agency.

Scope of Work

The project includes:

1. Website Lead Automation
Connect website forms, package selections and WhatsApp booking buttons to GHL, with automatic lead capture, tagging and workflows.
2. AI Chatbot
Set up an AI chatbot for our website, Facebook and Instagram to answer FAQs, explain services/pricing, qualify leads and book appointments.
3. AI Phone Receptionist
Set up an AI voice receptionist to answer calls, capture information, qualify leads, answer common questions and book appointments.
4. Automated Booking System
Connect website, chatbot and phone agent to the GHL calendar with automated confirmations, reminders and follow-ups.
5. Automated Invoicing
Set up automated invoicing/payment workflows for our Starter, Growth, Premium and one-off services.
6. AI Social Media Automation
Set up AI-assisted content creation, scheduling and publishing through GHL, with a human approval step before publishing.

Everything should be organised within one GHL sub-account.

Budget

Our budget is strictly AUD $150 for the initial setup/build.

If you cannot complete the project within this budget, please do not apply.

Any additional GHL, AI, phone, SMS, WhatsApp, API or third-party costs must be clearly identified separately.

Long-Term Opportunity

We are looking for someone reliable who can potentially work with us long-term on additional GHL automation, AI systems, client sub-accounts and ongoing projects.
