GoHighLevel Account Manager

I manage several client accounts inside GoHighLevel and need a specialist to expand and maintain their systems. The immediate priority is automation building and testing. As well as funnel page construction, with a strong emphasis on creating follow-up workflows that fire reliably as leads move through defined pipeline stages.

Beyond the core follow-up sequences, ongoing tasks will include refining pipeline automation, constructing high-converting funnel pages, building clear client dashboards, and providing occasional user support. If you already work comfortably inside GoHighLevel, you’ll recognise the tools involved—Workflows, Campaigns, Email Builder, Funnel Builder, and Reporting dashboards.

Deliverables
• A fully tested follow-up email workflow for each assigned client, complete with triggers, tags, and time delays
• Clear documentation of the logic and settings used
• A brief Loom walkthrough so my internal team can maintain or duplicate the setup

Acceptance Criteria
• Emails send at the correct intervals and from the correct domains
• Leads advance automatically to the appropriate pipeline stages and opportunities are updated accordingly
• No manual intervention is required once the workflow is active
