GoDaddy-M365 Email Domain Switch

I have an Outlook mailbox hosted on Microsoft 365 and I’ve just registered a brand-new domain through GoDaddy for my upcoming website. I need a single remote support session—no ongoing maintenance contract—to flip my primary address over to the new domain while keeping every message, folder and setting from the existing mailbox intact.

Here’s what I’m aiming for:
• The new domain becomes the address my clients see and use going forward.
• I still receive mail sent to the old address, and both addresses land in one clean inbox.
• Historical mail, calendar items and rules stay untouched.

I’m flexible on whether that’s achieved with an additional mailbox, an alias or forwarding; whichever future-proofs the setup and avoids headaches later. Once the DNS, Microsoft 365 admin centre and Outlook profiles are adjusted, I want to be able to hit Send/Receive confidently and know everything just works.

We’ll agree on a fixed price before you start, and I’ll provide remote access (Teams, AnyDesk or similar) plus all necessary admin credentials. When we hang up, both domains must send and receive flawlessly from a single Outlook profile, and I should have clear notes on any changes you made for my records.
