My overflowing Gmail inbox is slowing me down and I need a detail-minded assistant who can take full ownership of it. Your day-to-day focus will be email management only; I’m not looking for data entry or appointment scheduling right now, though those may become future add-ons once we have the inbox under control.

Here’s what I expect from you:
• Organize and categorize every incoming message using an intuitive label structure, filters, and archival rules so priority items surface instantly.
• Draft quick, polite replies and handle follow-ups on my behalf, maintaining a consistent tone and flagging anything that truly requires my personal attention.
• Build a library of reusable Gmail templates (a.k.a. canned responses) that cover our most common situations, from initial inquiries to status updates—English and Spanish versions preferred.

We will collaborate inside Gmail and the wider Google Workspace environment, so you should already be comfortable with labels, search operators, filters, and template management. Once onboard, I’ll give you access to a dedicated account plus a short briefing on my preferred style and response times. Success is a zero-red-badge inbox, a clear labeling system I can grasp at a glance, and template responses that let us answer routine mail in under two minutes.

If you’re confident you can tame an inbox and keep it that way, I look forward to working together.
