Gmail Business Setup & Templates

I need my Gmail Business account configured so every message I send feels polished, on-brand, and instantly clear to clients. The priority is communication: I want inbox settings, labels, and signatures organised for a clean daily workflow, then 6–10 custom email templates designed around our typical client touch-points—welcome, follow-up, proposal, payment reminder, and similar situations.

The templates should be:
• ready to paste or load into Gmail’s native “Templates” feature,
• visually consistent with our logo, colours, and tone,
• written in fluent Indonesian (with light English where appropriate), and
