Gmail Business List Cleanup

I have a Gmail Bisnis account that I want to turn into a reliable revenue engine through email marketing. To reach that goal, the very first thing I need is rock-solid list hygiene.

Your job is to take my existing subscriber database, connect it to Gmail Bisnis, and carry out a full pembersihan daftar email: remove hard bounces and role-based addresses, flag spam-trap risks, deduplicate contacts, and return a file that is ready for high-deliverability campaigns. While doing so, please make sure the account itself is configured for marketing use—SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records confirmed, sending limits respected, and any relevant Google Workspace settings optimised for bulk sends.

Deliverables
• Cleaned and categorised email list, delivered in CSV with clear status tags
• Brief summary of what was removed and why, plus recommendations to keep the list healthy
• Confirmation that Gmail Bisnis settings and authentication records are properly in place

Once these items are complete I can move forward with segmentation and automation, so accuracy is critical. Let me know your approach and timeline—you’ll have prompt access to the list and the admin console as soon as we start.
