Strong hands-on experience troubleshooting acrossmultiple Linux distros(Ubuntu, Fedora, RHEL, Rocky, CentOS, Debian, Mint, Arch, NixOS)

Ability to diagnose:

systemd services

certificates & trust stores

DNS issues

NetworkManager

kernel/module dependencies

firewall rules (iptables / nftables)

Ability to supportheadless and GUI Linux environments

Authentication

Experience withFIDO2authentication

Experience integratingEntra ID (Azure AD)with Linux endpoints

Experience withSilverfortfor headless Linux authentication

Strong understanding ofcertificate-based authentication

Networking Troubleshooting

Strong debugging ability with:

TLS & certificate chains

DNS & routing

SSL/GRE/IPSec VPN behaviours on Linux

Tunnel interfaces (gp0, tun0, etc.)

GlobalProtect & system logs
