Global Shipowner Contacts List Needed

I need a fresh, reliable contact list of the key decision makers within ship-owning, operating, and ship-management companies worldwide. The dataset must cover every major maritime region—there’s no geographic restriction—so please draw from comprehensive industry databases such as Clarkson’s, IHS Markit, Lloyd’s List, Equasis, or any equivalent source you trust.

The final file should contain four columns only: Company Name, Contact Name, Position Title, and a verified business E-mail address. I’m aiming for 95-100 % accuracy, so bounced or generic info@ addresses won’t meet the brief. Before delivery, please run your usual validation routines to confirm each e-mail is active and that the individual truly holds a decision-making role (C-suite, fleet director, head of operations, technical superintendent, etc.).

Deliver the list in Excel or CSV; I will spot-check a sample on receipt. Records with incorrect or missing fields will need to be replaced. Once everything checks out, I will approve the file and release the milestone.
