I need an admitted technology lawyer to take my current in-house drafts and transform them into a defensible, publication-ready Trust Center and contract suite for an AI-driven B2B SaaS platform. The service processes enterprise data purely as a processor, relies on third-party AI models, never trains foundation models on customer content, and is deployed primarily in the cloud (private or on-prem may be referenced only as optional background).
The finished set must withstand enterprise vendor-risk reviews while remaining harmonised across India DPDP, GDPR / UK GDPR and the full range of US state privacy laws.
Deliverables that will go live side-by-side in our Trust Center:
• Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and Cookie Policy
• MSA with enterprise-style Order Form
• Data Processing Agreement with cross-border transfer addendum and up-to-date sub-processor list
• Detailed AI governance, security, access, incident-response, retention and vulnerability-disclosure statements
Acceptance criteria
1. All documents align on defined terms, liability caps and governing law.
2. Compliance sections cite the specific provisions of DPDP, GDPR/UK GDPR and key US state statutes.
3. Language is plain-English, audit-ready and shows clear distinction between processor and controller obligations.
4. Internal counsel sign-off plus a single revision round included.
Please confirm bar admission and highlight any prior work on global SaaS or AI compliance packs when you respond.
