Global Job-Seeker Networking Platform

I want to build an online community that can seamlessly connect more than 91 million professionals across the globe. The primary mission is clear: help people find jobs and hire talent. While employers and recruiters will eventually benefit, the first release must focus on job seekers looking for work, giving them a space to showcase their profiles, discover relevant openings, and engage directly with potential hiring managers.

The scope covers the full product lifecycle—from UX/UI design through to a secure, scalable backend and a clean admin dashboard. I need intuitive profile creation, intelligent job-matching search, and real-time messaging baked in from day one. Code should be modular, well-documented, and ready for rapid iteration as we scale.
