Global Investment Banker Recruiter

I need a freelance recruiter who already knows the finance landscape and can zero-in on mid-level Investment Bankers in Japan, the United States, the United Kingdom, and key European hubs. Your mission is to build a strong, interview-ready shortlist that fits the technical depth and cultural expectations of international bulge-bracket and boutique firms alike.

You will be sourcing, qualifying, and engaging candidates, running initial screens, and shepherding the best talent through to my internal hiring team. LinkedIn Recruiter, niche finance job boards, and your personal network should feel second nature; any added reach into Bloomberg, Refinitiv, or regional alumni groups is a welcome plus.

Deliverables I am counting on:
• A curated list of pre-screened mid-level Investment Bankers per region, complete with résumés and concise candidate summaries.
• Your screening notes covering compensation expectations, relocation or visa status, language capability, and earliest start date.
• Weekly progress updates so we can refine the search swiftly.
