My team needs a steady flow of high-quality, verified B2B contacts from hospitals around the globe. The focus is exclusively on hospital-level organizations, not clinics or pharma firms, and the data must be suitable for enterprise-grade outreach campaigns.
Scope of work
• Build a rolling list of decision-makers—C-suite executives, department heads, procurement leads, and IT directors—working inside hospitals worldwide.
• Provide each record with: full name, job title, hospital name, country, corporate email, direct phone (if available), LinkedIn URL, and a quick note on hospital size (beds or employee count).
• Maintain at least 90 % email deliverability; I will run random samples through NeverBounce.
• Supply the data in a clean CSV or Google Sheet.
Process and tools
Feel free to leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, web scraping, or any validated database, as long as the final list is GDPR and CAN-SPAM compliant.
Milestones / acceptance
1. Pilot batch of 20 leads within 48 hours for quality check.
2. First full batch by day five once the pilot is approved.
3. Weekly drops of fresh leads at an agreed volume thereafter.
Payment is released after each batch that meets the accuracy and targeting criteria. Once the pilot passes, I will share our detailed buyer persona and messaging guidelines so you can refine the search further.
