I need a consistently updated spreadsheet of qualified healthcare prospects globally. Each entry must include:

• Company name with complete contact details (website, phone, head office address, generic email)
• Decision-maker’s name, job title, and direct email or LinkedIn URL
• 40 employees minimum requirement per company

Focus on nurses and doctors actively searching for job opportunities. Use platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and other ethical sources to gather accurate data. All leads should be fresh—no duplicates or generic ‘info@’ addresses unless unavoidable.

Acceptance criteria:
• Minimum 95% valid emails (invalid/bounced ones returned for correction)
• Clearly labeled columns in Google Sheet/Excel
• At least 200 leads in the first batch for quality checking before green-lighting the rest.
