I have a dataset of Glasgow property records and need it scrub-clean by removing duplicates identified through two specific fields: the full property address and the owner name. No error-correction or re-formatting is required—this job is solely about locating and deleting those repeat entries that match on those two points, even if other columns differ.

You may work in Excel, Google Sheets, Python (Pandas), SQL, or any other tool you trust for reliable deduplication; just return the file in its original format so it drops straight back into our workflow. A brief audit sheet or summary that shows how many records were scanned and how many rows were removed will help me verify the work quickly.
