Freelance Project Documentation & Contracts Specialist – Lithium-Ion Battery Cell Gigafactory Project
About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Project Documentation & Contracts Specialist to prepare and organize professional project documentation for an upcoming Lithium-Ion Battery Cell Gigafactory / Advanced Battery Manufacturing Project.

The selected candidate will be responsible for creating structured Word, Excel and PDF documents for our Gigafactory Data Room, project phases, supplier & supply chain management, contracts, legal agreements, and regulatory/compliance records.

Phase-wise Documentation
• Construction Phase Document
• Machinery / Equipment Delivery Phase Document
• Installation & Commissioning Phase Document
• Utility Connection Phase Document
• Production Line Installation & Readiness Documentation
• Trial Production / Production Readiness Documentation
• Phase-wise Status / Progress Reports
• Phase-wise Handover Documents
• Equipment Acceptance Documents

Supplier & Supply Chain Documentation

Required Skills
• Strong professional documentation and report-writing skills
• Excellent MS Word and MS Excel skills
• Experience creating professional project trackers, matrices, master sheets and document indexes
• Ability to structure and organize large volumes of project information
• Strong English drafting, proofreading and formatting skills
• Good understanding of project documentation and document control
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and proper document version control
• Ability to coordinate with technical, commercial, supplier and project teams
• Experience with Data Room / Virtual Data Room documentation is preferred
• Experience in Gigafactory, battery manufacturing, energy, EPC, infrastructure or industrial projects will be an advantage

Confidentiality & NDA Requirement
• The selected freelancer will be required to sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) with ChemVolt Global before starting the project.
• Project-related information, company data, technical details, commercial information, Gigafactory project information, and documents will be shared only after the NDA is signed.
• All information and documents shared during the engagement must be kept strictly confidential and must not be disclosed, copied, shared, or used for any purpose outside this project without prior written authorization from ChemVolt Global.
• Due to the confidential nature of the project, work will be assigned only after successful completion of the NDA process.

Deliverables

The selected freelancer will be expected to:
• Create the required documents from the information provided by our team
• Develop professional Word and Excel templates where required
• Organize documents in a structured Gigafactory Project Data Room format
• Maintain consistency in formatting, naming and numbering
• Ensure documents are clear, professional and ready for internal, investor, lender and due-diligence use
• Establish a clear documentation structure covering project development, procurement, construction, equipment installation, commissioning and operational readiness
