I’m ready to turn a lifetime of gym notes, client success stories and scattered workout ideas into a polished fitness book. I have core concepts and personal anecdotes but need a skilled ghostwriter who can shape them into a clear, well-structured manuscript that both educates and motivates readers.
Here’s what I have so far
• Rough chapter ideas covering training principles, nutrition basics and mindset
• A folder of reference articles, research links and before-and-after case studies
• Voice notes that capture my conversational, down-to-earth tone
What I need from you
1. Collaborate with me on an outline that flows logically from goal-setting through execution and maintenance.
2. Expand my notes into a complete draft (approximately 35–50k words, but flexible).
3. Ensure the content is evidence-based while remaining accessible to everyday readers.
4. Include practical workouts, sample meal templates and motivational call-outs where they naturally fit.
5. Provide two rounds of revisions so we can fine-tune the messaging, tone and level of detail.
Acceptance criteria
• Manuscript delivered in MS Word or Google Docs, formatted with consistent headings, sub-headings and callout boxes.
• Original writing (will be checked for plagiarism).
• References cited in APA or similar academic style where studies are mentioned.
If you’ve ghostwritten health, nutrition or training guides before—or have a background in exercise science—let me know. Links to previous work and a brief outline of how you’d tackle the project will help me choose the right partner.
