## What you will write
A polished, publication-ready **technical white paper of about 3,000 words plus a methodology appendix** on AI pretraining: data vs. model recipes. It is for a technically literate audience and must read as conceived and written by a human author. This is ghostwriting: no byline, full IP assignment to us.

## What you start from
The attached white-paper-brief (md) contains the full assignment: the outline and thesis, research notes, the data pack, the deliverables, and **nine writing directions**. Please read the whole file before bidding. Everything in it is part of this listing, and all nine writing directions must be followed.

## Hard rules

2. **Editor Notes**, as described in the brief.
3. A short **process note** saying what you used AI tools for, ending with the signed no-online-research statement.

## Where you have freedom
Structure, argument flow, how you present the data (tables, figures described in text, framing), transitions and voice are yours, within the brief's writing directions.

## How it will be judged
- Every supplied number and claim is present and exact; nothing is added from outside.
- All nine writing directions are followed.
- It reads like a sharp human expert wrote it for technical peers.
- All three parts are in the single .docx, and the process note is honest and signed.
