Ghost(Pro) Website for Premium Editorial Publication

I’m looking for an experienced designer/developer to create a premium editorial website on Ghost(Pro) for a new publication focused on extraordinary people, missions, environments and the watches connected to them.
The site should feel cinematic, serious, archival and high-end, combining the atmosphere of an expedition journal, intelligence dossier and contemporary magazine. It should use a predominantly black/charcoal visual system, strong editorial typography, restrained accent colours and large real photography.
The project includes:
Applying an existing logo/brand identity
Designing the homepage, article template, category/archive pages and membership areas
Creating responsive desktop and mobile layouts
Building and installing a custom Ghost(Pro) theme
Supporting Ghost memberships, paid subscriptions, newsletters, search and sign-in
Ensuring long-form articles can include full-width imagery, archival material, timelines, diagrams, evidence/provenance panels and technical information
I am not looking for a generic Ghost template or luxury-watch ecommerce aesthetic. The end result should feel like a distinctive, credible independent editorial publication.
