Get Clients for Recruiter

I run a solo recruiting practice and specialise in full-cycle hiring support—from opening the role through to offer acceptance and onboarding. My challenge is simple: I need a steady flow of new companies that are ready to engage my services, and I’d like your help building that pipeline.

Here’s what success looks like to me: you identify decision-makers who actively need external recruiting help, warm them up, and hand me over intro calls that convert into signed agreements. While my core service is end-to-end recruiting, I can also provide stand-alone sourcing or interview coordination when it helps close the deal, so feel free to position those options if they make the conversation easier.

I’m open to any mix of outreach methods—phone, email, social, partnerships—so long as it’s ethical, targeted, and results in genuine interest. You’ll keep a shared tracker of prospects, contact details, touchpoints, and next actions, and send a short progress note each week so I can jump in where my expertise is needed.
