I'm looking for a skilled developer to create a robot arm controlled by hand gestures. The arm's movement will be facilitated using Arduino, gyro sensors, and flex sensors.

Key Requirements:
- Wired control mechanism
- Moderate precision and responsiveness
- Primary build material: cardboard

The system should involve:
- Gyro sensors to detect hand rotation for base and shoulder movement.
- Flex sensors to detect finger bending for elbow and gripper movements.
- Arduino to process signals and control 4 servos.
